Privacy Policy

IPBot is built to be stateless. We do not store lookup results or build user profiles.

What we process

  • Client IP address (used to fulfill the request)
  • User-Agent and basic request headers (used for telemetry signals)

Logging

For operational monitoring, request logs may include a short hash of the client IP and the request path. Logs are used to diagnose issues and improve reliability.

Data sources

IPBot uses local IP2Location databases for geolocation and ASN, and open threat feeds for threat signals.
